Refund Policy

At Jitu Network Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made for our internet and networking services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Service Activation and Billing
All service plans and payments are processed once you confirm your subscription. Billing begins from the date of service activation or plan renewal. Customers are advised to review their selected plan carefully before making a payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in specific cases, subject to review and approval by our support team. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
- Service Not Activated: If the service could not be activated within the committed time frame due to a technical issue from our side.
- Technical Failure: If you experience continuous service interruption for more than 72 hours due to a verified fault in our network infrastructure and no resolution is provided.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Once the service has been successfully activated and used.
- Interruption due to customer-side equipment issues, misuse, or non-payment.
- Network downtime caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, third-party disruptions).
- Customer dissatisfaction with internet speed within the planβs defined limits.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the issue at support@jitunetworksolutions.com. Your refund request must include:
- Customer Name
- Registered Mobile Number / Account ID
- Payment Reference or Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
Each request will be reviewed, and the decision will be communicated within 10 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited using the same mode of payment originally used by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Transferable and Non-Adjustable
Refunds, once issued, cannot be transferred to another account or adjusted against future payments or services unless explicitly approved by management.
6. Plan Cancellation
Customers can cancel their plan anytime by contacting customer support. However, cancellation after activation does not guarantee a refund unless covered under the refund eligibility terms stated above.
7. Modification to Refund Policy
Jitu Network Solutions reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be effective once published on our website.
